At PawTrail Pets, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return or refund, please contact us at [support@pawtrailpets.com] with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligible refunds may be issued for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Lost packages confirmed by the shipping carrier
Items must be unused and in their original condition whenever possible.
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return has been approved and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
